Pedagogus nap/ International teachers` day

Haat ezt is megertuk... Pedagogusnap Kinaban. Otthon ez elo unnep, de nem biztos h. hirtelen fel tudnam idezni a datumat fejbol. Kinaban, ahol az okatatasban latjak a jovo kulcsat. Nagy hangsulyt fektetnek erre. Ott kezdodik, hogy az ovonenik is tanarok. Ok tanitjak meg irni az elso szavakat, osszeadast, eneket, rajzot, tancot stb. Mi meg kulonosen megbecsult europai, angol tanarok vagyunk. Ezert minket a kozos tortazason kivul viragokkal, sallal pici csokikkal leptek meg a picik. Mark az egyik elozo osztalyombol (mar nem en tanitom oket) feljott a tanarnenijevel egy szal viraggal egy masik osztaly orajara. Nagyon meghato volt, ahogy kiabalt utanam meg integetett a viragjaval :-) Nagyon jo, hogy igy megszerettek minket. Sokat kell beleadni ebbe a munkaba, de meglepoen sokat lehet visszakapni. Ezt sem gondoltuk volna Bandival, ha nem tanitunk egyszer az eletben :-) Le a kalappal az osszes tanarneni es tanarbacsi elott, akik naponta 100%ot adnak magukbol! Este meg elmentunk vacsizni, mert az iskola vezetes igy koszonte meg a munkankat... Egy hatalmas kulonteremben hot pot vacsiztunk. Minden volt mi szem szajnak ingere. Legerdekesebb, hogy foldimogyoro szoszba martogattuk a marha hust, volt meg diszno gege, meg menta level mar kezdem kiismerni magam egy kinai vacsoran. Ez azert is van, mert a szulok is meghivtak minket enni ketszer is olyan vacsorara, amilyenen meg sosem voltam. Kulonterem a varos legszebb ettermeben. Bandi evett szamar hust, de volt csiga (2 fele) marha, tengeri etelek (rak, halak, polip) Nagyon mas itt tanitani mint otthon, eleg elgondolkodtato, hogy nalunk miert nem tekintik prioritasnak az oktatast.

Yes the big day arrived Teachers` day in China. It it widely celebrated here, i know the Hungarian teachers day is sometimes during spring but I couldn`t tell it for sure. In China it is very different everybody considers this as a significant day. As education in China is 1st priority...it is the key to a bright future. The kindergarden nurses are teachers here, they teach the kids writing, maths, singing, dancing... As we are even more precious European English teachers here, we recieved special treatment. Besides the cake, chocolate, flowers and scarfs we were taken to hotpot restaurant by the school management. We were booked a separe and we were served everything beef, mint, pig lungs and so on. Now we can easily find the edible things on a Chinese dinner as we were taken out several times by some parents (in top positons in government). These dinners were so magnificent, we have never been to such restaurant with such food earlier. We tried snails, donkey, seafood (crabs, shrimps...) beijing duck the tastiest one ever. All in all we are very appreciated people here. But the most precious reward was when Mark from my previous class (i don`t teach him anymore) came to my English class waving with a flower and shouting after me. Earlier we never thought that teaching gives so much, if you do your best. But it definitely does now that we worked as teachers for a few months we know this. All our respect to all the teachers who give 100% all the time in their jobs.
